When the Installation is finished, you are able to access installed modules via menu:

  • Hotel Booking – under Inventory
  • Hotels & Hotel Rooms– under Sales

How to use Hotel Booking

  1. We recommend to start with creating hotels via “Hotels” extension.
    Navigate to Hotels extension and click on the  button to create a hotel, continue with filling all required data.
  2. If the hotel is created, you have to create Services for the rooms which you will be creating in the next step.
    Navigate to Inventory – Services and click on the button  to create service.
    You can create any service you wish, for example “Room for one night with breakfast”.
  3. If the hotel and service is created, you can start creating rooms via “Hotel Rooms” extension.
    Click on  button to start creating rooms, fill all required data like: Room Type, Hotel, Service & more.
  4. Finally, when you finished all steps above you can start working with the “Hotel Booking” under Inventory in the menu.
    You will be taken to the calendar view where you see rooms type and “+” buttons for each day.
    Via “+” button you are able to create reservation.
    In our example we have 2 rooms: Single Room and President Suite and we created reservations for each one. It should look like this:
  5. If the reservations are created and you need to edit them. Simply click on the reservation name, for example “Suzan Rich”. You will be able to change the booking stage or access the detail view for this reservation by clicking on the subject like its shown below:
