License Agreement, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
This page explains the main licensing rules, subscription access, payment methods, delivery times and data exchanged during license validation for Vtiger CRM Extensions.
License Agreement
The Extension or Package will be referred to as the License in the remainder of this text.
The License gives the holder the right to use the purchased Vtiger extension or package while the subscription is active.
The subscription includes access to the product, updates, compatibility improvements, support and download services during the active subscription period.
If the subscription expires, the CRM data remains safe and existing records are not deleted. The extension switches to limited access mode.
In limited access mode, viewing existing data remains available. Editing, creating new records, using advanced extension functionality, updates, downloads and support require an active subscription.
IT Solutions4You s.r.o. is not obligated to provide support, updates, downloads or other subscription related services after the subscription period has ended.
One active License can be used on two Vtiger CRM installations at the same time. This usually means one production installation and one development or test installation.
The License holder may not redistribute, resell, copy or provide the extension, package, library, source code or any part of the product to third parties without prior written permission.
The License may be transferred to another Vtiger CRM installation only if it is deactivated on the previous installation first or approved by IT Solutions4You s.r.o.
The wording of this License Agreement may change for future versions of extensions, packages, services or subscription plans.
Before moving an extension or package to another server, domain or Vtiger CRM installation, deactivate the license on the previous installation first. This helps avoid activation conflicts. An internet connection to your server is required during license activation, validation, deactivation and reactivation.

- Stripe processed automatically after successful payment
- Credit and debit cards delivered immediately after successful payment
- PayPal delivered immediately after successful payment
- Bank transfer delivered after the payment is received, usually within 2 to 5 working days
After successful payment, you will receive an email with your license information. Downloads and license details are also available from your customer account where applicable.
Privacy Policy
During installation, activation, validation, deactivation or reactivation, it may be necessary to exchange technical license information between your Vtiger CRM installation and our licensing system.
Data used for license validation
- Vtiger CRM version, for example 6.x, 7.x or 8.x
- Extension version, for example 6.x, 7.x or 8.x
- Date and time of validation request
- Domain in encoded format
- Performed license action, for example install, activate, deactivate or reactivate
This information is used for license validation, fraud prevention, product compatibility, update availability and support verification.
