Important information for existing customers

Licenses purchased before May 2026 may still be available in our old eshop account area. The new My Account portal is used for new subscription purchases only. Older licenses are not transferred into the new My Account system.

New subscription model

Our Vtiger extensions and packages are now available through monthly or yearly subscriptions. An active subscription gives you access to the selected extension or package, updates, compatibility improvements and support.

Older licenses

If you purchased a license before May 2026, your license may belong to the previous pricing model. These older licenses can be checked in the old eshop account area.

Older licenses are not moved into the new My Account portal. If you want to use the new monthly or yearly subscription model, your current license period should end first. After that, you can create or use your My Account profile and purchase a new subscription license.

The new subscription model applies to both individual Vtiger extensions and extension packages. It is used for new purchases made through the new My Account portal.

Monthly subscription

A flexible option for customers who want to use selected extensions with monthly billing.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period
One time licenses are no longer available for new purchases.

New customers can purchase Vtiger extensions and packages through monthly or yearly subscription plans only. Older licenses remain available in the old eshop account area where applicable.

How to move to the new model

How existing customers can start using the new subscription system

Older licenses are not converted or transferred automatically. The new subscription system starts with a new purchase.

When your current license period ends, create or use your My Account profile and purchase a new monthly or yearly subscription license.

Where can I find licenses purchased before May 2026?

Licenses purchased before May 2026 may be available in the old eshop account area. Use the old eshop login to view older licenses, previous purchases and license details connected to the previous pricing model.

Can my old license be moved to the new My Account system?

No. Older licenses are not transferred into the new My Account portal. The new My Account portal is used for new subscription purchases and subscription management.

How can I start using the new monthly or yearly subscription model?

Your current license period should end first. After that, you can register or log in under My Account and purchase a new monthly or yearly subscription license.

Why is the subscription model useful for me?

With an active subscription, you receive access to the latest versions of our extensions and packages, including updates, compatibility improvements, new features and support.

This helps keep your Vtiger CRM installation maintained and compatible with future technical requirements.

What happens if my subscription expires?

Your CRM data remains safe and existing records are not deleted. After the subscription expires, the extension switches to limited access mode.

Viewing existing records remains available, but editing, creating new records, using advanced extension functionality, support, downloads and updates require an active subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your My Account dashboard. The subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly subscription?

Yes. If you already have an active subscription in the new system and want to switch from monthly to yearly billing, contact us and we will help you with the correct option.

Where can I manage my new subscription?

You can manage new active subscriptions in the My Account portal. There you can view orders, subscriptions, payments, license information and renewal status.

Do I need a new license key?

Yes. If you purchase a new subscription, you will receive a license key connected to the new subscription system. Older license keys remain connected to the old license model.

Does this apply to extensions and packages?

Yes. The new subscription model applies to both individual Vtiger extensions and extension packages. Packages remain a convenient option if you want access to multiple extensions under one subscription.
