Where will I find my license after purchase?

After purchase, the license will be available under My Account. You can use it for validation and installation through our Vtiger Extension Installer.

What happens if I select more users?

The pricing table automatically recommends the correct All Access tier based on the selected number of users. For 1 to 9 users, the exact checkout URL changes based on the selected number of users. From 10 users, flat package tiers are used.

Are support and updates included?

Yes. An active All Access Package includes support and updates for included modules according to the package terms.

Is AI included in this package?

Yes. AI related functionality available in the All Access Package is included while your subscription is active.

Is Module Builder included?

Yes. Module Builder is included in the All Access Package.

Will future modules be included?

Modules added to All Access Package in the future will be available to customers with an active All Access license.
