General Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms define the use of the IT Solutions4You website, the purchase of software licenses, delivery of digital products, payment terms, license conditions and related privacy information.
Legal notice
These General Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of the IT Solutions4You website, products, services, software licenses and digital delivery. Together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, they form the general terms applicable to the website and purchases.
Software licenses may be provided under different licensing models. Older licenses can remain under the previous licensing model, while new purchases are generally provided under the new monthly or yearly subscription model. The applicable rules depend on the licensing model connected with the specific license.
These terms are available in English and Slovak. In case of inconsistency or contradiction between the Slovak version and translated versions, the Slovak version prevails.
Website operator
The website is operated by IT Solutions4You s.r.o., a Slovak company providing Vtiger CRM extensions, software licenses, support, services and related digital products.
The Website
The purpose of the website is to provide information about IT Solutions4You activities, products and services.
The website allows users to create an account, purchase and download IT Solutions4You extensions, access product information, training information, technical support, hosting services and guides related to Vtiger CRM Open Source and IT Solutions4You solutions.
Conditions of use
The use of the website is free of charge. Certain website features require the completion of forms with personal or company details. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete and up to date information and to use the website, its content and services in a proper, lawful and fair manner.
Electronic orders and purchase process
A purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer arises on the basis of a binding electronic order confirmation in the ecommerce system.
Business name, first name, surname, address, ID, VAT ID, VAT number and email address where applicable.
Name of the product, product description, selected license, package or service.
Quantity of ordered goods, selected license or subscription option and price excluding VAT where applicable.
If an order is incomplete, the seller may contact the buyer to correct or complete the missing information.
Previous licenses and new subscriptions
IT Solutions4You supports both eligible older licenses under the previous licensing model and new licenses under the current monthly or yearly subscription model.
Older licenses remain under the previous licensing model unless the license holder voluntarily requests a transfer. The end of the support and updates period does not by itself introduce functional restrictions to extensions covered by that older license.
When the support and updates period ends, support, updates, new versions and download access are no longer included until the applicable period is renewed. Renewing through an available old Eshop option does not automatically transfer the license to the new subscription system.
Eligible older licenses may have upgrade options available in the old Eshop, including a legacy All Access upgrade. If such an upgrade is offered and purchased there, the license remains under the previous licensing model. Availability depends on the specific license and account options.
New subscription purchases use monthly or yearly billing. Access to subscription functionality, updates, downloads and support is provided during the paid subscription period. If the paid period ends without renewal, the subscription expiration rules apply.
Software license terms
IT Solutions4You software products are distributed as digital software licenses. The rights, services and restrictions connected with a license depend on the licensing model under which the license was purchased or to which it was later transferred.
A license can be used on one production Vtiger CRM installation and one development or test Vtiger CRM installation at the same time, unless different conditions are expressly stated for a specific product or order.
Under the new subscription model, an active paid subscription provides access to the purchased extension or package, updates, downloads, support and related subscription services.
Cancelling automatic renewal of a new subscription does not terminate the current paid period. Access remains active until the end of that paid billing period.
If a subscription under the new subscription model reaches the end of its paid period without renewal, CRM data and existing records are not deleted. The extension switches to limited access mode.
In limited access mode, viewing existing data remains available. Editing, creating new records and using advanced extension functionality may require an active subscription. Exact restrictions depend on the extension. Updates, downloads and support also require an active subscription.
Older licenses that remain under the previous licensing model do not receive the functional restrictions of the new subscription model merely because their support and updates period ends.
An older license can be transferred voluntarily to the new subscription system on request. IT Solutions4You provides the correct renewal link and transfer process for the existing license key.
A voluntary transfer requires successful renewal payment through the provided transfer process and selection of either a monthly or yearly subscription. A normal renewal or unrelated payment does not automatically perform the transfer.
The transfer can be completed before the current support and updates period ends. Any remaining prepaid months are added to the new subscription period. The existing license key can continue to be used unless IT Solutions4You specifies otherwise for technical reasons.
After an older license has been transferred to the new subscription system, the rules of the new subscription model apply to that license, including the applicable restrictions after the paid subscription period ends.
The license holder may not redistribute, resell, copy or provide the extension, package, library, source code or any part of the product to third parties without prior written permission.
A license may be moved to another Vtiger CRM installation after it has been deactivated on the previous installation or according to the applicable license process. Moving a license between CRM installations does not change its licensing model.
Licenses purchased before May 2026 may still belong to the previous licensing model and may be managed through the old Eshop. They are not transferred automatically to My Account. Customers who want to move an older license to the new subscription model should contact IT Solutions4You first and use the renewal link and transfer procedure provided for that license.
Cancellation of the order
The buyer has the right to cancel the electronic order before its binding confirmation at any time and without giving a reason.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of the order if the goods are no longer available or cannot be delivered.
Refund policy
For software licenses and eligible digital products, a full refund is guaranteed during the first 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the applicable license key is successfully deactivated.
No refund is guaranteed for those software license purchases after this period.
Hosting and other services may have separate refund or money back conditions stated on the relevant service page or in the specific service agreement. Where separate service conditions are stated, those conditions apply to that service.
Payment methods and digital delivery
Payments are made in EUR and are usually required in advance. Software products and licenses are delivered electronically.

Delivery method
- Licenses are delivered electronically to the email address used in the order.
- Delivery can include a license key, access data, product download details or installation instructions.
- Card, Stripe and PayPal payments are usually processed automatically after successful payment.
- Bank transfer orders are processed after the payment is received.
Standard bank transfer orders are completed after the payment is received by IT Solutions4You s.r.o. Please use your order number as the variable symbol where applicable.
A voluntary migration of an older license to the new subscription system is a separate process. It must be completed through the renewal link and payment procedure provided by IT Solutions4You. A standard bank transfer or a renewal completed outside that transfer process does not by itself move the license to the new subscription system.
Intellectual property
All website elements, product materials, content, software, design, selection, presentation and organisation are protected by intellectual property rights owned by IT Solutions4You.
Using the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to its content, trademarks or software.
Hyperlinks
The website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites, partner websites or social networks. IT Solutions4You accepts no liability for third party websites because it has no control over their content.
Websites linking to pages on our website may not reproduce our pages in any way.
Access restrictions, liability and guarantees
IT Solutions4You does its best to ensure that the website is accessible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, access or continuity.
Website access
Access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted for updates, content changes, maintenance or other actions needed for correct website operation.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for their use of the website, services, accounts, forms, submitted data and any action that breaches these terms.
Technical risks
IT Solutions4You shall not be held liable for damage caused to user equipment by viruses, browsing activity or improper use of the website.
Personal data and privacy information
Personal data is used for order processing, account creation, license delivery, support, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions and other legitimate website or business purposes.
Data related to identity
This may include full name, company details, address, email address, phone number, VAT details and other information required for order processing or communication.
Data related to browsing
This may include IP address, browser, operating system, language, pages viewed, traffic data, log files and communication resources used when accessing the website.
License validation data
During extension installation, activation, deactivation or reactivation, technical data may be exchanged for license validation, product compatibility and support verification.

Applicable law and final terms
The seller reserves the right to change or add to these business terms at any time. By submitting an electronic order, the buyer confirms acceptance of the applicable business terms and conditions.
Relationships not governed by these terms are governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code and generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
These terms are subject to Slovak law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent Slovak Commercial Court.
