Since Vtiger 6.x release, you will buy extension with 1 Year support and updates (License is still not time-limited. You can use your license as long as you need). After 1 year you will have 3 options:
  1. Renew license key within 90 days of expiration date, with 70% discount.
  2. You will use your license further, but some time later you decide that you need a renew. You can renew your license support and updates with 30% discount.
  3. Use your license key of PDF Maker further, but without updates and support.
To display Chinase characters please provide following steps:
  1. You need to download and install font pack from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows (on the bottom of that page).
  2. Change the parameter useAdobeCJK from false to true in the following file :/modules/PDFMaker/resources/mpdf/config.php
  3.  Manual definition is now possible with HTML Tag. http://mpdf1.com/manual/index.php?tid=356 For global definition edit config_cp.php line 130 & 139 code from GB to BIG5

At the time our extension is compatible with Vtiger CRM versions:

7.0, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5.

8.0, 8.1, 8.2.8.3 and 8.4

We do not recommend running it on Vtiger 5.x and 6.x as these versions of Vtiger itself are very unstable.

Vtiger extensions help you extend the core functionality of your CRM by adding features such as automation, integrations, reporting, and workflow improvements. They allow you to adapt the system to your business processes without complex development.

After your subscription expires, access to support and updates will no longer be available.

Some extension features will also be limited. You will still be able to view existing records and data, but actions such as creating new records, editing existing records, or using advanced extension functionality may be restricted.

To keep full access to all features, support, and updates, we recommend keeping your subscription active.

If your subscription expires, access to updates, license validation and support will be limited. Existing templates and previously generated PDFs will remain available in your system until PDF Maker is uninstalled. However, PDF Maker features will be restricted without an active subscription. After purchasing a new subscription, you can continue using PDF Maker with your existing templates and data.

The PDF Maker subscription includes access to the PDF Maker extension for Vtiger CRM, updates, license validation and access to supported features based on your selected plan.
