Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription according to the subscription terms. After cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your My Account Dashboard.

If you cancel during an active billing period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription and cancel it after a few days, you can still use the extension, support, and updates until the end of that paid month.

After the subscription period ends, your access to support and updates will no longer be available.

Yes. You can choose either monthly or yearly billing. Monthly billing gives you more flexibility, while yearly billing is usually more cost effective.

Yes. Installing Vtiger on Windows 10 using XAMPP is one of the easiest methods for local or development use.

Yes. You can change your subscription depending on your needs. The available upgrade or downgrade options may depend on your current license and billing period.

Yes, most Vtiger extensions can be installed directly into your existing CRM environment. They are designed to integrate smoothly with standard modules while keeping your current data and workflows intact.

Before migration, we suggest to backup templates, in the list view of PDF Maker, select all templates and via Actions click on "Export"
  • (exported file can be imported via Actions, to import templates)
Please follow the next steps before migration:
  1. Please deactivate your License key before migration.
  2. Disable our PDF Maker in Module Manager.
  3. After successful migration to latest Vtiger CRM version, our extension is disabled.
  4. Go to Module manager.
  5. Find our PDF Maker extension and enable it.
  6. Download our compatible release version with your Vtiger CRM version from our Download section in the E-shop or via Installer.
  7. Upgrade our extension using Module Manager or Installer.
  8. In case of some problem with license key, please contact us at: info@its4you.sk
