If you finish the installation of our module Add to Favorites, you are able to use the module as Admin or User and start marking records as a favorite in your Vtiger CRM system.

How to mark records as favorite:

1. Choose the record and go to the detail view.
2. Via “More” button, select option “Add to Favorite”.
   
3. You can see that the Icon for the records is updating every time you mark record as favorite. For example:
   

Actions you can perform with Add to Favorites extension

1. When you click on Favorite Icon  you can see the list of favorite records:
   
   
   Click on record name and you will be redirected to the Detail view of that record.
2. When you lick on icon  you will switch to the Summary view of current record:
   
3. By clicking on the iconthe record will be removed from the favorites.

Settings for this extension are very simple. All you can do with the settings is to turn on/off for which modules will be Add to Favorites used.

1. Go to the Menu –> Settings –> CRM Settings –> Other Settings –> Favorite 4 You.
2. Select which modules you want to activate or deactivate.
