Welcome to our February 2024 Blog! As we step into the month of February, we’re thrilled to share the latest updates and improvements across our extension family. This month has been particularly exciting; moreover, a total of 7 extensions have received critical fixes and enhancements to elevate your experience.
In the spotlight for February is our Email Maker extension, which has undergone significant changes to provide you with an even more seamless and powerful email creation experience. We’ve listened to your feedback and worked diligently to enhance the functionality, ensuring that your emails sending process is as efficient and effective as possible.

Below you can find all changes we did with our Extensions:
- added minor improvements for CK Editor
- when using Workflow and feature Send Email with PDF Maker attachments, users now can choose an SMTP account as variable based on the “Assigned To” field
(example: if a Quote is assigned to User 1, then use SMTP 1, but if the Quote is assigned to User 2, then use SMTP2) - fixed problem where when using Related Blocks for the Invoice module, the CashFlow fields located in the Invoice module namely Paid Amount and Remaining amount displayed wrong values ​​such as 1::249€
- added new feature Default PDFMaker Template for EMAILMaker
(Users can set that when sending an email via email maker, the PDF Maker template for the given module is automatically assigned) - Added PDF Signature variables to Email Maker template creation, this can be used for the PDF Signature workflows when an Email Maker template is loaded/used
(This can be found under Other informations tab) - added new feature for Workflow action Send Email from EMAIL Maker Execute action after save
(after checking this feature, EMAIL Maker emails will be sent immediately according to the conditions set in the workflow)
- resolved issues related to migrations of the Vtiger CRM system
- when selecting the relational module and the Assigned to a field, the Assigned to the user’s name will be loaded correctly instead of its record id
- resolved issue related to the older Vtiger 7.x version and lower PHP versions where Workflows stopped sending emails
- modules that had a related Email Maker workflows will no longer cause error when saving/creating records
- wrongly displaed variable [object] will be no longer shown when creating template for Calendar module, installed Record id will be shown and properly loaded into the template
- fixed issue where in some cases Undefined error was present when doing a conversion on Vtiger 8.x systems
- added feature Insert labels and labels translation
(The user can insert a label into the CK Editor, this label can then be translated and the translation displayed in detail or in another view where the ToolTip is used.)
