Package Pricing Update for Vtiger Extensions

Important Update: New One-Time Pricing, Added Extensions & Even Better Value for Our Community

We’re rolling out an important pricing update starting in December that applies specifically to our extension packages (Starter, Mini, Extended, All Access).

This change does not affect individual/standalone extension licenses – it only applies to our bundled packages.

💶 Lower One-Time Package Prices

To make it easier for new users and teams to get started with our solutions, we have reduced the one-time prices for several packages quite significantly.

At the same time, we have slightly increased the yearly renewal fees for packages. The reason is simple and transparent:

• We provide superior support, usually replying within about an hour during business time.

• We deliver regular updates and enhancements, often weekly or upon request.

The adjusted renewals help us continue to offer fast, high-quality support and keep improving all included extensions over time.

📦 More Extensions Now Included in Starter & Mini Packages

To make our lower-tier packages more attractive and valuable, we’ve moved some extensions from higher packages down into the Starter and Mini packages.

If you are using Starter or Mini, you will see additional extensions appear in your installer:

• You can install these free of charge.

• Once added, they will remain part of your package permanently.

No extra action or payment is required from you – they’re simply added to increase the value you get from your package.
