Vtiger extensions June 2023 news are here!

Dear Vtiger community, the summer season is here and we hope you are enjoying the summer in a full swing and also taking a small break from a work during this hot summer holiday day! If you are still at work and looking for new features from us, take a look at our June news blog!

We added new extension, new features, summer discounts and even more!

The main news is that highly requested extension Multi SMTP was added to our extensions portfolio! So do not forget to check it out!

Down below in the blog, you can check all new features we added during the month June and also fixes we applied to our existing Extensions.

• release version for Vtiger 7.x

Improve email delivery with flexible SMTP configuration options. Easily set up one or more outgoing email servers per user for reliable message delivery.

Moreover, our Multi SMTP extension allows users to conveniently send emails from multiple addresses.

• resolved compatibility issues with older PHP versions 7.0 and 7.1
  (we recommend to upgrading PHP versions to recommended values based on Installer System Requirements to prevent any issues with our Extensions)
• added to Signature tab – Acceptance User feature
• added new tab Signature in the template edit view
• added new link Signatures to the Customization menu in the PDF Maker, where you can upload the Acceptance Signature as an Image and then use it in the templates of PDF Maker

• overall PDF Signature compatibility
• added option to colorize text of the Product bundle items when the variable $PRODUCTNAME$ is used, by adding the CSS style: .SubProductsForProductName { color: thecoloryouneed; }
  (no need to define HTML, just CSS)

• added option Accept Signature, which means confirmation of the signature by the other party. This function automatically adds an Acceptance signature that was created in PDF Maker – Customize – Signatures and inserted into the template
  (PDF Maker version 4.49 is a must in order to use this feature)
• added compatibility with Organizations (Accounts) Vtiger module
• added Acceptance User feature for Signature Acceptance
  (PDF Maker version 4.50 update is mandatory to use this feature)

What’s next?

During the Summer months July and August, we will take a slight break from our projects and adding new features, however we will be still working on resolving issues and providing hotfixes for our Extensions.
