Throughout this quarter, we’ve focused on simplifying daily work, boosting stability, and adding smart features that save you time directly in Vtiger.

🚀 New Extension Release: SUM Amounts for Vtiger CRM

We’re happy to introduce our brand-new extension SUM Amounts for Vtiger — a simple but powerful way to see totals of your key amount fields directly in the List view.

No more exporting to Excel or opening each record one by one. With SUM Amounts, you can instantly see the total of selected fields based on your current filters and search conditions.

• Automatically supports currency and numeric fields

• Works seamlessly with your custom modules and our other extensions

• Lets you easily choose which fields to include in the sum — no coding needed

• Enables you to activate or deactivate the feature per module and per field in just a few clicks

• Shows the total of selected fields directly in the list view — no need to open records

• Totals update dynamically based on filters and search conditions

• Fully compatible with Vtiger 7.x / 8.x

If you’d like to simplify reporting and get instant insight into your numbers directly in Vtiger, this extension is for you. 💼📊

• Added picklist value ‘Draft’ for Sharing, translations for ‘DRAFT_FILTER’ (SK/EN), updated CheckTemplatePermissions to allow draft access for template owner, and added getSharing to prevent duplicate sharing table queries.
• Added new custom function: its4you_productPosition – ensures that product numbering always starts from 1 instead of 2 or higher.
  This function applies the same conditions used by the HIDETR function. Since HIDETR hides table rows and can disrupt numbering, using its4you_productPosition corrects the numbering so that it consistently starts at 1.
• Resolved an issue where TO recipients were not being prefilled when typing a recipient’s name or email address.
• Fixed an issue where, in certain cases, the Related block displayed only a single value for MultiPicklist fields, even when multiple values were selected.
• Fixed a template selection for PDF Maker Workflow actions.
• Other minor improvements.

• Applied date formatting exclusively to fields of type date or datetime. This resolved an issue where commas appeared in names (e.g., organization names), causing incorrect data generation.
