We are gradually moving our products to a new subscription model with monthly and yearly payment options.
This change starts with PDF Maker and will later continue with our AI Model,
product packages and most likely all our extensions.

A new User Panel is now available. Registration is required to manage subscriptions.
Customers can view active subscriptions, cancel them, reactivate them and manage their product access directly from the panel.

Monthly pricing is introduced to make our products more flexible and user friendly.
Yearly billing remains available for customers who prefer long term access.

All new subscriptions include a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days after purchase.

What is Membership and how it works?

Buy extensions with 1 year of support and updates.
Your license is perpetual, allowing unlimited use. However, support and updates are provided only for one year from the purchase date.

All packages and extensions have a one-time fee, which includes support and updates for the first year. After that, if you choose not to renew, you can still use the extensions, but you will no longer receive updates or support.

After 1 year, you can renew your license to continue receiving support and updates, or you can keep using your license key for any extension/package without updates and support.

 Using license key twice:
Each license permits installation on up to two domains with unlimited users per domain.

Why is membership good for me?
Answer:
With membership you will have access to the latest versions of extensions for all Vtiger versions 7.x, 8.x. One license key works for all versions of Vtiger. If you decide to upgrade your Vtiger you can use your license key without purchasing new key.

Without renewal, you will no longer receive support or updates, which may lead to security vulnerabilities and compatibility issues with future Vtiger updates.

Which means:

  • You might become vulnerable to security issues
  • Extensions might not work when Vtiger is updated
  • We will not be able to answer all your questions
  • You will not receive new features with updates

What happens if I don’t renew my membership?
Answer:
While your extension will remain functional, lack of support and updates may result in potential security risks and incompatibility with newer Vtiger versions.

Note: All our extensions are for lifetime usage! We will never cut you off from using our extensions.

I don’t see an option to upgrade my Extension Package (ex: from Mini to Extended), is it related to my Membership?
Answer:
Yes, only licenses that have not expired can be upgraded. Expired licenses cannot be upgraded.
You can renew Membership and then proceed with the upgrading extension package.
