Vtiger Outlook Plugin

We had to stop the implementation due to several problems that came up during the implementation itself, we want to solve these problems and expand Outlook synchronization.
Another reason is the expansion/add of functions based on customer requests.

One of our longtime Vtiger CRM customers asked us for a connection of Calendar Events with online Company Outlook 365 database.
We decided to use well done Outlook REST API 2.0, thanks Microsoft Corporation for the good job!
How does ITS4You Vtiger Outlook Synchronization work at all now?
Our customer can connect Outlook with CRM through the default API credentials or through individual user connection.

Direction of synchronization can be defined as a;

• sync both ways,
• from API to Vtiger only,
• from Vtiger to API only.

Records can be synchronized from Outlook API to vtiger CRM by manual sync button action or also by cronjob running at least in 15 minutes interval.

Vtiger CRM Records changes are synchronized directly after save. It mean that when you change something in Vtiger CRM, you will see absolutely live data in your Outlook 365.
